IRF may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment cannot be verified, fraud is suspected, or fulfilment would violate applicable law.

Customers must provide complete and accurate payment information.

Payments may be processed by independent payment service providers. IRF does not require customers to provide payment-card information directly where payment is processed through an authorised third-party payment platform.

We may conduct reasonable verification procedures to protect customers and IRF against fraudulent or unauthorised transactions.

7. Availability

Products displayed as available or in stock may become unavailable due to simultaneous sales, inventory discrepancies, supplier availability or technical delays.

Where we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will offer an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law, which may include replacement, alternative fulfilment or refund.

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy.

Estimated delivery times are estimates unless expressly confirmed as guaranteed.

IRF is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject always to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details.

9. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect packages and products as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Visible damage, missing products or incorrect items should be reported promptly to IRF to allow us to investigate the matter efficiently.

Any suggested reporting period is intended to facilitate investigation with couriers or suppliers and does not remove any mandatory rights available under applicable UAE law.

10. Returns, Refunds and Defective Products

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any remedy that IRF is legally required to provide for defective, faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.

11. Manufacturer Warranty

Certain products may be covered by a manufacturer, distributor or regional warranty.

Warranty conditions, territory, duration and service procedures may vary depending on the product, manufacturer and source.

Unless IRF expressly provides a separate written warranty, reference to a manufacturer's warranty does not create an additional warranty by IRF beyond obligations imposed by applicable law.

The customer must follow applicable manufacturer or authorised service procedures where appropriate.

12. B2B and Wholesale Transactions

Business-to-business, wholesale, bulk, resale and export transactions may be subject to additional or different commercial terms specified in a quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase order, invoice or separate written agreement.

Where specific written commercial terms have been agreed for a B2B transaction, those terms will prevail over inconsistent general website terms to the extent permitted by law.

Pricing intended for retail customers does not automatically apply to wholesale orders.

13. International Orders and Export

Where international delivery or export is offered, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the products may lawfully be imported, used and resold in the destination country.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, customs duties, import taxes, clearance costs, registration requirements and other destination-country charges are the customer's responsibility.

International transactions may be subject to separate shipping, warranty, payment and commercial terms.

21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the Emirate of Dubai.

Subject to any mandatory jurisdiction or consumer protection rules that cannot lawfully be excluded, disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
