SHIPPING POLICY
Last Updated: 19 August 2026
IRF Electronics aims to provide reliable and transparent delivery arrangements while recognising that delivery availability and timing may vary depending on the product, destination and order.
Delivery Areas
IRF may offer delivery within the UAE and to selected international destinations.
The availability of a delivery destination does not guarantee that every product can be shipped to that destination.
Certain products may be subject to manufacturer, carrier, customs, export or regulatory restrictions.
Delivery Charges
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed, quoted or otherwise communicated before completion of the relevant transaction where required.
Additional charges may apply for:
-
remote locations;
-
oversized or heavy products;
-
special handling;
-
international shipping;
-
customs clearance;
-
duties or taxes.
Delivery Estimates
Any delivery date or timeframe displayed or communicated is an estimate unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing.
Delivery may be affected by inventory, payment verification, courier operations, customs procedures, public holidays, weather, force majeure or other circumstances beyond IRF's reasonable control.
Order Verification
Before dispatch, IRF may verify order, payment, customer and delivery details where reasonably necessary for security or fraud prevention.
Such verification may affect dispatch timing.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
IRF is not responsible, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for additional costs or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided delivery information.
Receiving an Order
For security reasons, certain orders may require:
-
signature;
-
identification;
-
delivery confirmation;
-
OTP or other verification.
Customers should inspect the external condition of the shipment upon receipt where practicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If a shipment appears damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact IRF as soon as reasonably possible and retain:
-
the product;
-
original packaging;
-
delivery packaging;
-
labels;
-
accessories;
-
proof of purchase;
-
photographs where appropriate.
Prompt notification helps IRF investigate the matter with the relevant courier or supplier.
Failure to report an issue immediately does not remove any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
Failed Delivery
Where delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect customer information, refusal to accept delivery or repeated inability to contact the recipient, IRF may charge reasonable additional redelivery or return costs where permitted by law.
International Deliveries
For international transactions, unless expressly stated otherwise, the recipient is responsible for applicable:
-
import duties;
-
customs charges;
-
taxes;
-
permits;
-
registration;
-
clearance costs;
-
destination-country regulatory requirements.
International orders may be subject to additional written commercial or shipping terms.
Risk and Ownership
Risk relating to products will transfer in accordance with applicable law and any specific delivery terms agreed for the transaction.
For B2B, wholesale or international transactions, separately agreed delivery terms, including applicable Incoterms where expressly specified, may apply.
